Smooth operator.

There is more to release agents than just sliding a baked product from a baking tin. Discover the full potential of our release agents named Carlo and Carlex. It is just a matter of Spray & bake!

Together with our client, a mid-sized bakery, we explored all the possibilities with Carlo, an emulsion of water and oil, with more releasing power than plain vegetable oil. In combination with an accurate spraying machine our customer achieved better results. And more. Not only the releasing was better, they also needed less oil, reduced product waste and prevented damage to bread tins. Even the baking results improved.

How a cookie raised the bar.

We like to take customers’ wishes very seriously. But we do not always do what customers would like us to do. For instance, a bakery asked us to come up with a new cookie recipe. We wondered how we could meet expectations including trends and needs as we go along. The remarkable result was not a cookie … we raised the bar a bit.

We combined our business support with consumer insights and trends like health and convenience and developed a grab&go health bar. Adjustable according to customer needs and season involved. For instance by adding pumpkin seeds and dried fruit in autumn.
